I wanted to take this time to introduce myself. If you’ve landed here, I’ve sparked your interest and I want to thank you. For starters my full name is Sean Franklin Boyd. Cut from the weathered fabric of the north east, I'm a Director/ and Cinematographer with over 8+ years of industry experience working almost every position in the industry gaining a deep technical and emotional connection to my craft.
Over the years I've grown a signature style of raw and compelling imagery filled with mood, tone and soul. I've directed and created everything from Narrative Films, Commercials to Music Videos and more.
Focusing on authenticity and the capture of things at their truest form, I aim to collaborate and pull the identity of brands, individuals and artist to the forefront.

Gaining a wide range of real-world experience in so many different positions on set Sean is not a one-trick Pony and has many talents on set. For the majority of his career, he has been a working Cinematographer until transitioning into the directors’ chair this year.
After two long years he just finished a 40min long Crime Drama he wrote, directed and produced entitled “Waiting For Deja”.
Sean Franklin Boyd is a multi-talented Director and Content Strategist residing in the greater Los Angeles area.
With over 8 years of living for his passion of image making, Sean has had the privilege of working with some of the most high profile brands, celebrities and production teams around the world acquiring a diverse set of skills and a unique philosophy in the art of cinematography.
